As the TOM Center for Slovenia SCCA-Ljubljana will promote and stimulate the production of one-minute videos from Slovenia as well as encourage the artists to participate at yearly international festival and exhibition.
SCCA-Ljubljana is encouraging all artists and organisations that are interested in video to contact us with a possibility of future collaboration and exchange.
