SCCA, Center for Contemporary Arts -Ljubljana is the national coordinator for international ArtsLink program in Slovenia.
ArtsLink supports exchange between artists and arts organizations in the United States and Central Europe, Russia and Eurasia through three separate types of awards:
residencies, independent projects and ArtsLink projects.
Recipients are selected through a competitive peer-panel review process.
1. ARTSLINK RESIDENCIES
Who: artists and arts managers from Central/Eastern Europe, Russia and Eurasia
What: five-week residencies at U.S. arts organizations
Since 1993 ArtsLink has funded 370 Fellows in residencies at 203 U.S. organizations.
Application Deadline: November 6, 2006
2. INDEPENDENT PROJECTS
Who: artists and arts managers from Central/Eastern Europe, Russia and Eurasia
What: projects in Central/Eastern Europe, Russia and Eurasia
Since 1999 ArtsLink has supported 47 Independent Projects.
Application Deadline: November 6, 2006
3. ARTSLINK PROJECTS
Who: U.S. artists, curators, presenters and non-profit arts organizations
What: projects in Central/Eastern Europe, Russia and Eurasia
Since 1993 ArtsLink has supported 291 ArtsLink Projects in 23 countries.
Application Deadline: January 16, 2007
HOW TO SUBMITT AN APPLICATION?
1. CEC ArtsLink, NY
The applications (with all necessary enclosures) should be sent until November 6, 2006 (for residencies and independent projects) and until January 16, 2007 (for ArtsLink projects) to:

2. SCCA, Center for Contemporary Arts-Ljubljana
SCCA-Ljubljana (as coordinator of ArtsLink program in Slovenia) can take care of the shipment of the applications submitted by SLOVENE candidates. In this case applications by Slovene applicants must arrive to our address until November 2, 2006. For applications received after this date SCCA cannot assure timely shipment to New York and cannot be hold responsible for any late applications!
