            Heath Bunting: Superweed
SuperWeed is a lo-tech do-it-yourself kit with which you can produce a genetically mutated superweed, designed specifically to attack the interests of multinational corporations like Monsanto. SuperWeed Kit contains a mixture of naturally occurring and genetically mutated Brassica seeds. If these seeds are allowed to germinate and cross pollinate, a SuperWeed will be created, and this weed will be resistant to current herbicides (as of 1999), thus not only threatening the profitability of gene modified Brassica crops, but also of herbicide production and distribution. SuperWeed is a genetic weapon that can be used to bring focus to the issues and problems with gene modification of plant and foods, by posing as a potential threat to the profitability of biotechnology companies.
